This is v.3.0.0 of the ever popular mail utility package. This includes all the previous features of ascii and binary attachments, server validation, data file dump routines, and debugging. New features are support for variable message length that permit message content to exceed the previous 32k limitation. Additionally supports use of DBA_DIRECTORIES as opposed to defined utl_dir in the oracle initialization file. Pre-requisite is 9iR2 or above.
